Premium Commercial was far from being a paperless office and struggling to find a robust system that would group all the information about their properties into a central, accessible database. When Incubator approached the company, they'd already had a failure with a CRM database and were back to one person using Microsoft Access and generating multiple sets of unlinked documents.
