they provide include recruitment, career counselling, staffing
consultancy, salary guidance, outplacement assistance and advice
on employment issues. They operate in New Zealand and overseas,
with affiliations in Sydney, Melbourne and London.
No On Line Presence
When Marsden Inch started working with Incubator they had no
on line presence. Incubator reserached the market thoroughly,
talking to general management, media, account management and creative
talent from within the industry. A number of recommendations were
made. It was agreed that a job management tool that allowed candidates
to view and apply for jobs on line would be most appropriate.

The Site
The resulting site is an easy to use search engine for positions
that Marsden Inch has available. The back cis a job management
tool which Marsden Inch, by defult has started using to run and
manage jobs.
Success
The site currently enjoys unique visits from approximately 25%
of the advertising community per week. It has become the destination
for people searching for a new job in advertising.
Future
Perhaps more importantly is what the site has done for Marsden
Inch as an organisation. As a result of the success of its business
tool, Marsden Inch are in the process of implementing an enterprise
Information portal for managing all their work flow. This tool
will include customer, candidate and job management tools.
